International construction consultancy firm Bruce Shaw announced in September that as part of its new global strategic plan, it is to change its name to Linesight.

In Australia, the company has partnered with a number of large-scale multinational corporations, including Citibank, Coolmore, Digital Realty and Hewlett-Packard.

They have been responsible for the costing and management of a number of major projects, including Global Switch’s Sydney East data centre and TNTs’ new super hub network of transport and logistics facilities located across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Linesight Director Australia/New Zealand John Carleton said in a statement that it is an exciting time for the company as it continues to grow and further strengthen its market-leading position.

“We are a business with a consistent heritage of partnership, resourcefulness, integrity and dedicated client focus,” he said.

“We will continue to honour these same values as Linesight. We’re proud to celebrate our new brand and are determined to build on our reputation for unrivalled expertise, experience, clarity, consistency and commitment.”
