Laing O’Rourke has been awarded the contract to deliver the Sydney Yard Access Bridge – the first early and enabling works package of the $11.5 billion Sydney Metro City and Southwest project.
The construction firm will design and construct the bridge, which will provide heavy vehicle access from Regent Street into the Sydney Yard at Central Station and help facilitate construction of the Sydney Metro works.

projects around the world, including here in Sydney,” said Laing O’Rourke’s Region Director Mark Dimmock in a statement.
“Sydney Metro can rely on Laing O’Rourke to bring certainty and achieve outstanding outcomes throughout the delivery of this complex project.”
