SRG Global has been awarded a $14 million curtain wall façade contract as part of the University of Melbourne’s Melbourne Connect development.
The specialist construction, maintenance and mining services group’s façades division will design, engineer, prefabricate and transport over 12,000 square metres of curtain wall façade products to site and undertake on-site installation works.
SRG Global Managing Director David Macgeorge said the project represents another important win for SRG Global and its façades division.
“SRG Global continues to set the industry standard for engineering-led facade solutions and we are pleased to deliver this iconic innovation precinct,” he said.
The contractor expects the works to take 18 months and will commence in early 2019.
