These seals are responsible for preventing leakage and maintaining pressure in hydraulic systems, ensuring optimal performance of heavy machinery like excavators, bulldozers, and dump trucks.

To gain insights into the significance of hydraulic cylinder seal kits in this industry and how they address specific challenges faced by construction and earthworks companies, Mark Boyle, the National Specialised Hydraulic and Rotary Seal Manager for Motion, offered his expertise.

“Hydraulic seals and kits are used in 99 per cent of machinery used in construction and the mining industry. Without this product, equipment would not run,” discussed Boyle.

He continues, “These essential seal kits play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of heavy machinery, preventing leakage and maintaining pressure in hydraulic systems.”

As a result, they are indispensable components that keep construction and earthworks operations running efficiently and effectively.

According to Boyle, there is a notable success story that demonstrates the significant impact of Seal Innovation’s hydraulic cylinder seal kits in the construction and earthworks industries.

He states, “A customer with a fleet of haul trucks was struggling to source the OE repair kits. Seal Innovations were contacted, and through our knowledge, we were able to supply the customer with the seal kits required that meet OE specifications.”

He continues, “The Seal Innovations product not only minimised downtime but also offered the required service life of the OE kit while offering the customer a cost-saving advantage,” says Boyle.
