In collaboration with construction video channel The B1M, infrastructure software company Bluebeam have released a short form documentary film.
The Power of Standards explores how consistent approaches can drive efficiency and improve outcomes across the construction sector.
The film follows individuals working to drive standardised approaches to PDF use in the construction industry across the United States, Sweden and the UK.
Over the past year, Bluebeam and The B1M have collaborated on multiple projects in an effort to highlight pressing concerns and positive trends within the industry, and work to create wider technology adaptation.
According to a Bluebeam statement, The Power of Standards touches on several important questions in the era of digitisation including what are PDF standards and why does industry need them? Collaboration versus competition and how and where the idea of digital standardisation can be applied in the infrastructure industry?
