Attendees will have the opportunity to see industry equipment in action, at the No-Dig Down Under (NDDU) 2022 conference and exhibition.
NDDU is the southern hemisphere’s only large-scale conference and exhibition dedicated to trenchless technology. Trenchless technology is important for installing new services, as well as rehabilitating and maintaining existing pipelines and infrastructure, without having to dig multiple trenches, disturbing traffic, business and residential locations.
With major utilities located underground and requiring ongoing upkeep and extension, No-Dig Down Under is a crucial event for local government representatives and those involved in planning decisions for major infrastructure projects.
NDDU is set to be held at the International Convention Centre Sydney from 14-17 June.
The event will feature a sold-out exhibition floor, with numerous companies choosing to showcase live demonstration of their equipment.
Insituform Pacific, which has a reputation for installation, rehabilitation and relocation of major services including mains water, sewer, electrical and gas, will display its ‘robot prototype’ live cutting pipe. With this technology normally hidden underground, attendees will be able to see the process for themselves.
Alongside the 4500 square metre exhibition hall, a range of training courses on trenchless methods will also be presented prior to the conference. These will be presented by industry leaders from Australia and overseas and will be of value to anyone who encounters trenchless technologies as part of their employment.
Finally, three sponsored social functions will be held, providing attendees with networking opportunities in a variety of settings with industry professionals.
