Program announced for AAPA International Flexible Pavements Conference

The program has been announced for the 2015 Australian Asphalt Pavement Association (AAPA) International Flexible Pavements Conference at the Gold Coast in SeptemberInternational guests and local experts will converge on the Gold Coast from 13-16 September to discuss a variety of topics under the theme of Innovation Driving Value at this year’s AAPA International Flexible Pavements Conference.

The event and its speakers will explore some of the next-generation product and equipment technologies set to define the future of the road sector.

The event kicks off with an International Golf Day and Registration event on Sunday, 13 September at The Palms Golf Course.

Early bird rates for the conference officially ended June 30, but the cheaper rates have been extended until July 17.

The program covers a range of topics under the Innovation Driving Value banner including:

– What drives the asset owner?

– How to deliver innovation in the roads sector

– Innovation in construction plant equipment

– Smoother, safer roads – design focus

– Asset preservation and rehabilitation performance

– Perpetual pavements – long-life asphalt

– Practical asset preservation

– Sustainability and recycling adding value

– And more.

What does Innovation Driving Value mean?

Innovation:
