Simex launches new dealer network in Australia

Simex launches new dealer network in AustraliaSimex is expanding its presence in Australia and making Simex products available in every state by appointing Australian Attachment Solutions (AAS) as its new authorised importer in Australia and New Zealand for the Simex’ range of hydraulic attachments.

Lino Scartozzi, Managing Director of AAS, said that in Australia, Simex planers, rotary cutters, crusher buckets, vibrating wheel compactors and wheel excavators were now distributed through a highly experienced dealer network ensuring availability and highest-quality support.

“The authorised dealer network; Groundtec Equipment in NSW, Walkers Hammers in VIC/TAS, QLD Rockbreakers in QLD/NT, Total Rockbreaking Solutions in WA and Renex Equipment in SA were appointed as authorised Simex dealers due to their extensive experience and knowledge in hydraulic attachments.

“With this nationwide authorised dealer network, we can now ensure customers receive the advice, product support and service they would expect from the Simex products,” said Mr Scartozzi.

Simex was established in San Giovanni in Persiceto outside Bologna, Italy in 1991 to produce efficient and customized hydraulic attachments for earthmoving machinery.

“Since our expansion to the international market, Simex has achieved an excellence in road maintenance attachments and innovative designs of rotary cutters, asphalt planers and crusher buckets, and wheel excavators that have made it the industry leader in this sector,” said Sales Director, Federico Tamburri, at the Simex factory in Italy.

“Our commitment to constant improvement and continuous advancement in our field allows our customers to work more efficiently, faster and safer.”

“For instance, Simex planers’ patented self-levelling design keeps the milling depth constant in all conditions resulting in perfect levelling of planed surfaces and guaranteeing minimal material spill-outs that can be recycled, reducing the impact that resurfacing has on the environment.

“Whether the job is road maintenance, trenching, construction of underground utilities, tunnel excavation, quarrying or profiling, our goal is to provide a safe and cost effective solution with minimal maintenance costs since the requirement is the replacement of the worn part only.

“With the extensive product and industry knowledge of Lino Scartozzi – the Simex product specialist since 2009 – and the industry experienced dealer network, we can achieve this in the Australian market”, said Simex’ Federico Tamburri .
