The WA Government has launched a new online dashboard featuring $8.7 billion worth of public infrastructure projects.
Treasurer Rita Saffioti said the dashboard sets up the state for the future and provides needed opportunities for local construction businesses.
“This dashboard will be a key tool in helping these local companies to plan ahead, prepare and bid for potential jobs and make adjustments to their business as required, like increasing their workforce, to deliver these vital projects,” she said.
The pipeline of works features current and planned non-residential building and other infrastructure projects, such as hospitals and schools.

The dashboard increases transparency around infrastructure spending and provides a trusted source of information with updated forecasts and data to attract new entrants to WA’s building market.
“The interactive dashboard assists local businesses as they plan and prepare to bid for WA Government tenders relating to non-residential and other infrastructure projects,” said the state’s Finance Minister Sue Ellery.
WA is thriving with a number of projects currently underway and many more planned, leading to additional job opportunities and making WA an attractive place for people interstate and overseas to work and live.
